What is Paying monthly?

In short

Whether a provider lets you spread the cost across the month instead of settling in one payment.

Paying monthly means the cost is spread across the year in regular instalments rather than settled at once. It suits a household managing cash flow, and the instalment is usually higher than the annual total. AA Breakdown, Abiki Brokers, Absa and Acceptance Insurance all allow monthly payments. 1st Insurance does not. Monthly cover can also be cancelled once a term is finished, so check the terms rather than assuming the arrangement runs on.
