About us
SumCue is a comparison site for everyday money across savings, borrowing, cards, investing and insurance. You tell us what you want to look at and we set the options next to each other, so the decision stays with you and not with a brand's marketing team.
We stay independent of the companies we list. Brands pay to be included in a comparison, but they do not review or approve what we write, and they cannot switch off a rival. We earn a commission when you sign up through links on this site, and partners are listed first in every ranking, then by score.
Every product page links out to the brand's own site, where you apply if the terms suit you. We are not a broker, so we do not decide which product suits your household or handle your money at any point.
We cover the same ground whatever the product: what it costs, what happens to your money if something goes wrong, and how the account works day to day. Costs and protection are the parts people most often miss when they judge a deal on a headline figure alone, so we keep them on the page next to the rate that first caught your eye.
The listings cover the UK and Europe, and the details on each page reflect what providers publish about their own products. Where a figure is a range, you see the whole range instead of one flattering number.
Start with the product type you are shopping for, read a few pages against each other, then follow the link to the provider to open an account. If a question is still unanswered, ask the brand directly before you commit your money.
SumCue helps people compare providers side by side and choose one with the facts in front of them.
What we do
We collect the facts that matter for providers (prices, fees, features, availability and licences), score every provider against the same published criteria and keep the pages up to date when those facts change. You will find rankings, reviews, side-by-side comparisons, guides and a glossary.
Who we are
SumCue is written by the SumCue Editorial Team and published by SIA CUE, Usmas iela 12, LV-1082 Riga, Latvia. It is part of a network of comparison sites that share the same methods.
How we are funded
The site is free. Some providers pay us a commission when you sign up through our links, and some book labelled placements. How this affects rankings is explained on the methodology page and in the affiliate disclosure.
